All prints are printed by me on double-weight fiber-based paper, archivally
processed, selenium toned, signed, numbered, and dry-mounted. Mats
are archival quality and acid free.  Actual print sizes may vary slightly.
In early spring, the beech trees along Big Creek in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park
sprout pale green new leaves that glow when the sun is behind them.  I love they way they
look against the dark background of the shaded woods on the other side of the creek.  This
photo is the first one I tried to make of the scene, and is the most successful so far.  I'm sure
I'll go back when spring comes.
