| This is a rose that grows in my yard in Asheville. I had made a photo of a bloom on this bush the previous summer that I liked, but wasn't quite sharp enough to suit me (although my wife likes it). That one has a dissipated, faded quality to it, and was taken just after a hard rain, so it had lots more water on it. I have never been able to get past the lack of sharpness, so I generally don't show it. This is a bloom from the same plant after a more gentle rain. It has an undeniable sensuality, and is sharp enough, though I think I'll try again in the spring. |
| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
