All prints are printed by me on double-weight fiber-based paper, archivally   
processed, selenium toned, signed, numbered, and dry-mounted. Mats        
are archival quality and acid free.  Actual print sizes may vary slightly.
Palmer Chapel is the one old church that most everyone who visits Cataloochee Valley sees.  
I've always found it interesting that if faces away from the road, toward the creek.  I think
maybe the old road ran along the creek between it and the church.  One winter day I was in
the valley in the late afternoon and caught the light on the treetops making a dramatic pattern
above the church.  I liked it so much that I made the trip over on another day later in the week
to spend a bit more time.  I'm quite happy with the result, which has an ethereal feeling.
