| I went north on the Parkway one morning to see what presented itself. Just at the entrance to Mt. Mitchell State Park, I saw this band of cloud with the sun behind it, and set up as quickly as I could. Even though it was late summer, it was windy and quite cold at nearly 6000 feet, and had some trouble with numb fingers, but I think it was worthwhile. I love the repeating ridges capped by the dark cloud with the bright rim. I haven't yet gotten tired of looking at this one. |
| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
