| I guess I was looking for a Western North Carolina version of "Half Dome and Moon" when I shot this. A friend who is a long-time climber of this rock told me about this spot where I could get a clear shot of Looking Glass with a chance the moon would rise behind it. When I found the spot, I realized my longest lens (203mm) wasn't long enough, so I framed the scene with the tree branches in the foreground. The little cloud just happened along at the right time. |
| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
