| On a winter visit to my son Brion and his wife Robyn in Frisco, Colorado, we followed their routine dog walking trail one morning, and I noticed the tufts of grass casting shadows on the snow in the morning sun. The next time, I took my camera along and lingered while they went on. The slight texture of the snow and the delicate shadows appeal to me greatly. There's a delicacy there, but at the same time a toughness. These slender stalks still stand after the snow, holding their own, not bowing to the ground, but standing through it all. |

| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
