| I went one weekend to the Atlanta area with my wife for a concert that included one of her piano students, and I carried along my old Yashica Mat twin lens camera, just to play with. I took a photo of her student at the piano, then wandered around the small lake that lies just behind the hall. There are lots of Georgia pines growing around the shore, which leave a wonderful soft carpet of pine needles underfoot. As I strolled, I spotted this feather among the pine cones, and shot this at the camera's minimum focusing distance, which is just less than 3 feet. The photo has a relaxed, contemplative feel that I like very much. |
| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
