| Another day in Yosemite, another chance to shoot a "classic," that is to say, a shot you've seen a thousand times before. El Capitan from Valley View, ho hum. The problem is, you know if you don't shoot it, you'll be sorry, and it doesn't feel "ho hum" when you're there, so you just go ahead and do it. The thing is, even if it's predictable and cliche, it's still gorgeous, and still looks great on the wall. I don't know what the solution to the dilemma is, but I just go ahead and do the best I can, since I'm there anyway. Maybe better photographers just pass these shots by, but I can't bring myself to, at least the first time. |
| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
