| On my first visit to Yosemite, I arrived in the valley Sunday afternoon, and made this picture of Half Dome with a cloud that repeats the shapes of the mountains in the first couple of hours I was there. I liked it when I shot it, and still do. I think I might have worked it a bit harder that afternoon in spite of being tired, if I'd known that I wouldn't see another cloud until Thursday. It's incredibly difficult to find a fresh look at an icon like Half Dome. It's a bit like looking for that fresh shot of the Eiffel Tower or the Brooklyn Bridge. |
| As most people seem to prefer them, prices are for framed prints, ready to hang. I use a very nice matt black wood frame 7/8 of an inch wide, with a white mat. If you would like to order unframed prints, go to the "Purchase" page for pricing. |
